Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing

1. Appreciation of payroll inputs from HR Admin: attendance; e.g. (tardiness/undertime, absence/leave, official business, OT, holiday/rest day worked)
2. Appreciation of payroll inputs from Talent Management, e.g., payroll inclusion, payroll hold or exclusion due to resignation, AWOL, end of probationary, separation etc..
3. Fill in and complete data fields on payroll register
4. Prepare bank prescribed payroll upload files
5. Upload payroll filed onto bank system
6. Obtain and monitor authorization for uploads
7. Prepare contributions breakdown for HR, payroll summary for Accounting
8. Contributions uploads and payment

As needed within the year

1. Last pay and exit docs
2. Compensation study > adjustments

End of year

1. Annualization of payroll data
2. Completion of Alphalists on the BIR app
3. Issue forms 2316
4. Submit printed copies of forms 2316 to BIR

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

1. Maternity leave benefit
2. PHIC claims
3. SSS and HDMF Loans
4. Process company loan
5. Issue certified pay slips
6. Issue COE for valid reasons
7. Health Maintenance claims coordination
8. Other tasks assign from time to time

Qualifications:

1. BS Degree in Accountancy or Business Administration- Human Resources or Finance
2. Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Performance Management.
3. Can do manual payroll
4. Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
5. Advance MS Excel skills are required
6. Demonstrates the ability to interact with different levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
7. Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
8. Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
9. Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
10. Strong quantitative and analytical skills
11. Willing to work onsite- Makati City
Salary:
60.000,00 ₱ Monthly
