Job Description

Join Us as a Fixed-Term Recruitment Specialist!

TASQ Staffing Solutions is on the hunt for enthusiastic Recruitment Specialists to join our team on a fixed-term basis!

Roles Available:
1.) Selection Specialist (4 HC)
Conduct interviews, facilitate assessments, extend offers, and handle admin tasks.
Location: Shaw and Ortigas (on-site)

2.) Sourcing Specialist (2 HC)
Support virtual interviews, lead generation, and facilitate events (ERP, Roadshows).
Locations: Shaw, Ortigas (on-site), Eastwood, BGC (occasional)

Key Details for Both Roles:
-Contract: Fixed-term, 45 days
-Pay: Basic pay, plus OT and Holiday Premium
-Work Setup: Full on-site
-Schedule: Day and mid shift, with Saturday and holiday work
-Start Date: ASAP
-Support: Telco account for July and August

Requirements:
-Fresh graduates welcome; recruitment experience preferred
-Availability for immediate start
-Willingness to work in specified shifts and locations
-Required documents: Proof of 4 government numbers, NBI/Police clearance, valid IDs, PEME clearance
