Job Description
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•Proven experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
•In-depth knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and visa requirements.
•Strong understanding of global markets, cultural differences, and recruitment best practices.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
•Fluency in additional languages may be advantageous, depending on the target markets.
