Job Description

(14 HC NEEDED)

-- Salary: 30,000
-- Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid 2-weeks per month onsite depending on performance especially on attendance or outages (equipment issue, system issue, internet and electricity) With Shuttle Service (Metro Manila only)
-- Schedule: Shifting but mostly nightshift
--Start Date: July 29, 2024

- QUALIFICATIONS:

-- Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
-- At least 6 months in Service Desk, CSR or TSR but must have background that touches computer system, printers, network and device connectivity
-- With experience in BPO Industry preferably US, UK, AU/NZ Canada Service Locations.
-- Must have phone support experience
-- Excellent communication skills
Salary:
30.000,00 ₱ Monthly
