Technical Services Head

1. Develop and implement technical strategies to support the organization's objectives and operations.
2. Lead and manage a team of technical professionals, including engineers, technicians, and IT specialists, to ensure efficient technical support.
3. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of technical infrastructure, including networks, systems, and equipment.
4. Develop and manage budgets for technical services, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the technical services domain.
5. Plan and execute technical projects, such as system upgrades or installations, within set timelines and budgets.
6. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to procure technical services and equipment as needed.
7. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth operations.
8. Identify training needs, organize skill development programs, and mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities.
9. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect technical systems and data from potential threats.
10. Maintain accurate documentation of technical processes, configurations, and system updates for reference and compliance purposes.
