Job Description

Salary: 60,000 – 100,000 PHP
Shift: 9:00AM – 5:00PM PHT (UTC +8)

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Closing: Master the art of closing sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their staffing needs, presenting tailored solutions, and successfully negotiating and finalizing agreements.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business. Act as the main point of contact for any client concerns or additional staffing needs.
• Contract Negotiation: Expertly handle contract negotiations, addressing any client objections or concerns to ensure a smooth and mutually beneficial agreement.
• Lead Conversion: Focus on converting high-potential leads into closed deals. Follow up on qualified leads promptly and effectively to maximize conversion rates.
• Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly review and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and finalized contracts. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that client requirements are clearly understood and fulfilled. Coordinate with the sales support team to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a sales role with a strong emphasis on closing deals, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
