Job Description
● Provide Exceptional Support: Delight our customers with timely and accurate assistance via phone, email, and chat channels, enabling them to harness the full power of the client's suite of products.
● Technical Troubleshooting: Dive into technical issues head-on, guiding customers toward effective solutions that streamline their booking management processes and boost profitability.
● Feedback Loop: Document customer interactions, gather valuable feedback and collaborate closely with our product development team to continuously refine and enhance our software solutions.
● Cross-functional collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with various teams to address customer needs comprehensively, ensuring a seamless user experience across the board.
● Product Education: Be the go-to resource for educating customers on new features and updates, driving engagement, and maximizing software utilization.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Hospitality Management, or related fields is preferred.
● Demonstrate a keen interest in technology and software solutions, particularly within the vacation rental or hospitality industry.
● Possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impact.
● Familiarity with CRM systems, help desk software, or similar technologies is a definite plus.
● Ability to analyze complex problems and provide clear, concise solutions that address customer needs effectively.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
● MUST speak English fluently. Additional Languages are a HUGE plus!
● Must be comfortable working on camera with virtual teleconferencing tools.
● Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, present and offer products from client’s portfolio
● Amenable to reporting onsite and willing to work different shifts as needed to ensure comprehensive customer support coverage.
