Graduate of Bachelors Degree relevant courses such as Tourism, Hospitality Management/, IT Courses
With at least 2 years relevant experience on site operations or facility management
With highly developed Customer Service management skills
Highly skilled in written and verbal communication.
With background knowledge on using on-line tools

JOB DESCRITION
Perform Customer Service
On-line management booking of park venue
Guest Monitoring
Area Monitoring
Assist guest on events and activities (implementation of park rules and regulations)
May Assist marketing team from time to time
Perform daily reports
