Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative assistance such as handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and organizing files.
2. Input, update, and maintain data in databases or spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
3. Prepare and maintain documents such as reports, presentations, memos, and operational manuals.
4. Assist in coordinating operational activities, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing logistics.
5. Assist in managing inventory levels, tracking stock, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
6. Respond to inquiries from customers or clients, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Assist in the implementation of operational procedures, policies, and guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process optimization efforts.
8. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Process invoices, expense claims, and other financial documents.
9. Collaborate with team members and support them in achieving operational goals. Assist in coordinating team meetings and events.
10. Conduct research on various topics as needed to support operational decision-making or project planning.
11. Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality standards for products or services. Participate in quality control checks and inspections.
12. Adhere to health and safety protocols and procedures. Assist in ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years relevant experience in administrative support, customer service, data entry, or other operational roles must prefer.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills, knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet software, email, and internet research. Familiarity with specific software or tools used in the industry or organization may also be necessary.
4. Strong organizational skills and managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines effectively.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills.
6. Operational Assistants often deal with data entry, documentation, and other tasks that require a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure the integrity of information and processes
Salary:
22.000,00 ₱ Monthly
