Job Description

Job Summary:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and developing financial models to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of financial analysis experience, with a preference for those who have experience handling UK accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related field.
• Experience handling UK accounts is a plus.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
