Job Description
Update list of accounts with PDC
Special Accounts collection on agreed due date
Engage with DSS/OM and accounts for PDC & Special Accounts non-compliance
Engage with DSS/SCTL for non-compliance to DBD
Daily validation of direct bank deposits vs actual bank deposits
Validates P.O of accounts from MIS to process invoicing
Provide report to BC for accts with P.O but with overdue or uncollected due for collection
Deploy Weekly collection report per DSR to BUH/DSS with signature and filing
Email weekly due for collection to ACM
Implement AR policy for overdue and uncollected due for collection
