Company Description:: The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Assist in reviewing and monitoring the inventory of accountable forms and prepare its reports;
2. Assist in reviewing and monitoring timely submission of vouchers and prepares related reports to COA/FCD;
3. Assists in cashiering operation during peak volume period and prepares reports thereof;
4. Assist in the monitoring of petty cash fund and prepares liquidation reports;
5. Assists in verifying amortization payments;
6. Coordinates with the bank and SHFC Regional Offices for the reconciliation and consolidation of regional and online collections; and
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time;
