Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing and Collection Staff member to join our Homeowners Association (HOA) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing billing processes, tracking payments, and handling collections.
• Prepare and distribute monthly invoices for HOA dues, assessments, and other charges.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing and statement issuance.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all billing and payment transactions.
• Resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
• Implement effective collection strategies to ensure timely homeowner payments.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding overdue accounts through phone calls, emails, and letters.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries about billing, payments, and account status promptly and professionally.
• Generate regular reports on billing and collection activities, including aging reports and delinquency summaries.
