Job Description

1. Provide Employee Relations and Labor Relations support and guidance to HR Department and Manpower Group to ensure that all disciplinary processes are conducted fairly, equitably and in accordance with the established procedure.
a) Review and recommend disciplinary actions process such as issuances of DA1/ DA2, and ensures sure that findings and decisions are properly and legally supported by IR, investigation, company policies, and labor regulations;
b) Assist in disciplinary or grievance hearing on serious and grave cases;
c) Assists in representing the company in SeNA, NLRC, and other tribunals regarding labor complaints;
d) Help draft position paper and other documents for filing
2. Assist in all case preparation (e.g. collection and labor cases) including preparation and sending of demand letters and notices, drafting case legal documents and arguments, and aiding in court motions or pleadings;
3. Assist in compiling, proofreading and editing drafts of contracts, leases, licenses, policies and other legal documents;
4. Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals and other relevant publications.
5. Assist in company compliance with all legal and ethical regulations by regularly evaluating company practices, policies and procedure for any possible non-compliance risks;
6. Assist in Training employees on regulations and industry practices and addresses their related concerns;
7. Records and safekeeping of electronic and physical files of cases and legal documents.
