Our client is a migration company that provides exceptional service to help clients find the best pathway when they embark on their journey to Australia. The company is seeking to add migration assistant who is passionate about making a difference and has a genuine interest in Australian Migration Law.

The initial contract will start for 3 months and depends on the growth of the business, have plans to retain the right candidate as permanent staff, and will be trained in Australian visa work once settled in his/her role.

This role will provide administrative assistance to two (2) existing staff and to the Director as required.

- Provide clerical support by filling out forms, and updating the clients files.
- Responsible for sending basic corresponding files to the clients,
- Assist in basic Visa and migration work
- Conduct research and review documents as required in the Visa Application
- Provide administrative support to two (2) existing Team Leaders and to the Director as required
- Analyze and review business documents in relation to compliance of Employer Sponsored Visas.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Paralegal and has excellent administrative experience in firm
- Experience in Immigration (PH or AU) is highly desirable
- Educational attainment: preferably with legal background such as Political Science or Legal Management
- Graduate of Juris Doctor is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to get work done independently and within a team environment
-Demonstrated ability in learning new applications quickly and work with tight deadlines if necessary
- Keen to details is a must.
- Any CRM experience will be ideal

Technical Requirements

Salary:
40.000,00 ₱ Monthly
