HR Expert

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in human resources management and a deep understanding of the hiring process. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle all aspects of HR operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
-Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
-Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
-Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
-Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, and other perks.
-Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
-Handle HR-related queries and resolve any arising issues promptly and effectively.
-Conduct training and development programs for employees.

Requirements:

-Proven working experience as an HR Expert or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
-Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
-Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
