Job Description

Position/Job Title: HR MANAGER
Vacancy: 1
Work Schedule:: 8am to 6pm
Work Location: Angeles City, Pampanga

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other relevant degree
• Strong executive presence
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• High integrity and ability to build trusting relationship
• With at least 3-5 years of work related experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Comply with legal and social obligation.
• Enhance employee’s productivity and quality by promoting individual growth and development.
• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.
• Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization's personnel policies and practices.
• Perform such other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor.

Salary Range (Php): 50k – 60k
