Job Description

As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting physicians to fill open positions within the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers, healthcare executives, and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your goal is to ensure the organization has a talented and qualified team of physicians to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians, including sourcing passive candidates, networking, and utilizing online job boards and other recruiting channels.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Proactively source and screen physician candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and in-person interviews. Evaluate candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and fit with the organization's culture and values.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and guidance.
Negotiation and Offer Management: Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions. Ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages that align with industry standards and organizational policies.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and other departments to facilitate the onboarding process for new physician hires. Coordinate orientation programs and provide support to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress, analyze trends, and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research and Benchmarking: Stay informed about market trends, competitor practices, and industry developments related to physician recruitment. Conduct benchmarking studies to assess the organization's competitiveness in attracting top talent.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies related to recruitment and hiring practices. Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry regulations and accreditation standards.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in physician recruitment or healthcare staffing is preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, physician credentialing processes, and recruitment best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
