ABOUT THE JOB
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and books of accounts.
 Receive and verify incoming bills.
 Manage employee and admin reimbursements, review, verify, document.
 Generate payables reports and other reports as requested.
 Checks and review Marketing and Logistics process in FOL.
 Assist the company accountant with reports.
 Handle Commission and Payroll Process.
 Handle other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
 8 hours work onsite.

QUALIFICATIONS

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any related field.
 5 years of experience or more is preferred.
 Excellent communication and time management skills and possess a high level of organizational ability.
 Attention to detail due to various factors affecting reimbursements and payment process.
 Possess troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills.
 Understand office formats and procedures.
