Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. An
MBA or professional certifications such as CPA (Certified Public
Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) are required.
Extensive experience in finance roles, with a minimum of 5 years
of relevant experience.
Prior work experience in any of the Big 4 accounting firms is
preferred.
In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial
regulations, auditing, and reporting standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to
interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of managing
teams and driving results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced MS
Excel skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to
delivering quality work.
Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining
confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritizes tasks, and meets
deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work onsite as required.
