Job Description

Qualification and Experience Required:
• Certified Public Accountant
• With 5+ years’ experience in Finance/Accounting and related field, preferably in BPO industries
• Must be highly motivated and able to function in a multi-task environment
• Strong knowledge and experience in IFRS as required by SEC, BIR and other regulatory bodies.
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of all regulatory compliances (BIR, SEC, PEZA, LGU etc.)
• Critical thinking skills and creative problem solver with the ability to multi-task and balance work priorities
• Able to work with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality and complete the tasks assigned within timelines
• Strong communication skills and team player

Job Description:
• Responsible for the preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual financial and management reports including all reviews and analysis
• Ensure timely filing and submission of all regulatory reports and compliances with SEC, BIR, PEZA, LGU and
other Government bodies
• Coordinate with auditors on the quarterly audit reviews and annual local audit
• Responsible for Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling activities of all financial-related matters
• Preparation of Budget and Forecasts as needed
• Reports and coordinate with Parent company’s higher management on finance-related matters
