Community and Content Intern

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

GoGym is a tech-enabled pocket Gym which enables Filipinos to access health and wellness anywhere they go. At GoGym, we aim to provide affordable and accessible gyms to everyone, extending our reach on health and fitness into the online presence through our mobile app.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an intern to help build our GoGetter community through our network of GoGyms in Metro Manila. Overall, in-charge of building a community inside GoGym, do market research for the team, and help in content creation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop Partnership Programs:

Identify and establish strategic partnerships with brands and events.
Manage partnership agreements and integrate them into marketing strategies.
2. Content Creation:

Help out the Marketing team to create content for Tiktok, Instagram, and Facebook
3. Coordinate Corporate Packages:

Collaborate with the Business Development team to design and deliver corporate packages.
Ensure smooth communication with corporate clients.
4. Community Building:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
5. Customer Behavior Research:

Conduct research on customer behavior and preferences.
Analyze data and present findings to inform strategy.
Continuously seek process improvements and contribute to team success.
6. Lead Health & Fitness Events:

Plan and lead mini fitness and gym events, such as run clubs.
Organize exclusive health and fitness webinars.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience in partnership management, sales, or community engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for health and fitness!
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills for conducting and interpreting customer behavior research. Experience in planning and leading events is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
