Recruitment Specialist

Create and publish job ads in various portals.
End-to-end recruitment.
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates in person/virtually for a wide range of roles (Junior, Senior, and Executive).
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire
Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
Host and participate in job fairs.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Graduate of any bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
Experience in volume hiring in a BPO setup.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment is a MUST.
Hands-on experience with different job portals.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Amenable to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
Must be residing WITHIN Metro Manila.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 25,000 package (22k basic + 3k allowance), attendance incentives, HMO (with 1 free dependent upon regularization)
Work setup: Onsite
Schedule: Day shift (8am to 5pm), fixed weekends off
