Sales Clerk

Responsibilities

· Consistently offers high level of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.

· Assists customers in the selection of merchandise, does suggestive selling of new products and on-going

promotional items and directs them to the nearest counter for payment.

· Replenishes and arranges stocks on display and ensure availability in the selling area.

· Assists in the inventory taking: ensures the safety of merchandise and maintains the cleanliness of the selling

area

· Engages with customers and endorses direct complaints to superior for proper handling (if any).

Key Qualifications (Background, Experience, etc.)

· At least Highschool Diploma

· With strong communication and customer service skills
