E-commerce Operator

As an E-commerce Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. You will be responsible for driving sales, enhancing brand visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across these platforms.

Responsibilities:

Shopee and Lazada:

Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing and inventory levels.
Optimize product listings for search visibility (SEO), ensuring high-ranking placements within platform search results.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including flash sales, vouchers, and discounts to drive traffic and sales.
TikTok:

Develop and execute content strategies to engage TikTok's audience and promote our brand/products effectively.
Create compelling short-form videos that align with current trends and resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate with influencers and content creators to amplify brand awareness and reach on TikTok.
Monitor TikTok analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay updated on TikTok trends and algorithm changes to leverage them for brand visibility and growth.
