Job Description
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, securities law, or related fields.
- Experience working in or with CPA firms or financial services firms preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Leadership experience and the ability to build and lead a high-performing legal team.
