Job Description

Job Requirement:

 Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

 Minimum of [X] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law,

securities law, or related fields.

 Experience working in or with CPA firms or financial services firms preferred.

 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple

priorities simultaneously.
