Job Description
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on corporate law, securities law, or related fields.
• Experience working in or with CPA firms or financial services firms preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Leadership experience and the ability to build and lead a high-performing legal team.
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism
