Ibex is a leading BPO company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative for our Retail Account.

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative for our Retail Account, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support to ensure a positive customer experience. You will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and inquiries related to our retail products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner
• Providing product information, pricing, and assistance with orders
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
2. Excellent written communication skills.
3. Familiarity with graphic design concepts and terminology is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma/TOR. If no diploma is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
7. Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
