Job Description:
Ibex is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives with call center experience to join our team for the Graphic Design Account in a non-voice capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients within the graphic design industry. This position does not involve voice calls but requires strong communication skills through written channels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
• Assist clients with graphic design-related queries and provide solutions effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
2. Excellent written communication skills.
3. Familiarity with graphic design concepts and terminology is a plus.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proof of Education: Candidates must provide proof of education, Diploma/TOR. If no diploma is available, candidates must submit at least 2 school supporting documents such as ID, study load, certificate of registration, etc.
7. Must be willing to work onsite in Tagbilaran City, Bohol
