JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in providing a superior customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Age requirement: Minimum 18 years old
• Education: Completed K12 or at least 2 years of college
• Experience:
1. High School graduates need at least 6 months of BPO experience for International accounts or 1 year for local accounts
2. Excellent written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer customer questions through email and chat
• Develop trust and rapport with customers through clear communication
• Address customer complaints, find solutions promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Update customer information in the database
