Job Description

Job description
Maintains reports and payroll transactions to support the companies' internal process protecting its integrity to meet the audit requirements.

Records changes affecting net wages, allowance coverage, and loan payments for each employee to update payroll records.

Executes daily timekeeping/payroll responsibilities on a day-to-day basis under the company standard and audit requirements.

Review daily time records, wage computations, and documents to ensure accuracy and standard reconciliation of payroll

Prepares and supervises the payroll of all the freelancer, project-based, and regular employees and manages the computation of payroll based on the actual work hours

Qualifications:

Must be a degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resource, or any related course.

At least 1-2 years of experience in processing payroll & benefits such as SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig.

Must be willing to work in Pasig, ONSITE and from Mondays to Saturdays
Salary:
20.000,00 ₱ Monthly
