Automotive Sales and Service Engineer

To promote automotive electronic products and services using innovative and creative ways
Think strategically, analytically, and creatively find solution to complaints and inquiries
To offer consultative, and creative approach to attend customer needs
Implementation of sales and marketing plans to achieve targets
Develop and deliver high quality, customized presentations and demonstrations to attract customers
To collaborate with customer’s technical team for design specification requirements.
Identify and assess customers’ needs and convey concerns to relevant technical & in-house experts
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives

Requirements

Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Automotive Engineering or any related courses.
At least 5 - 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
Applicants with oversea employment experience (ex-abroad) are highly welcome
Background in the automotive field is an advantage
Excellent problem solving and email customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Can start immediately
Candidates from the provinces are accepted
Computer literate with strong computer application skills including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point and others
Willing to travel abroad and assigned to CEBU
Must be amenable to work long hours even on holidays
