Job Description
Role: SERVER TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES (3 vacancies)
Location: IT Park, Cebu City
Salary: 22k-25k (depending on experience)
Qualifications:
● At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of an IT or Computer Science course
● At least 6 months sales/customer service and/or technical support experience
● Knowledge in PHP, Webhosting and Wordpress Content Management System is an advantage
● Knowledge in basic email client set-up is an advantage
● Excellent English Communication Skills
● Ability to remain calm and professional in all circumstances
● Highly Motivated and Target Driven
● Willing to work on shifting schedules
● Can start on May 27, 2024
