Job Description

Client Profile:
A Hotel and Leisure industry that provides and offers hotel reservations, casino entertainment, conference facilities for events and recreational activities. This company also provides excellent costumers service in the Philippines.
Position: Events Planning Specialist
Industry: Hotel and Leisure
Location: BGC, taguig
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 45,000
Schedule: Weekends Off | 9AM 6PM

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a related role is highly desirable.
• Amenable to work onsite
• Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines.
• Coordinate logistical details.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
• Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups related to event planning.
