Job Description

Position: Events Planning Specialist
Company Industry: Hotel and Casino
Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary: Php. 30,000 – Php. 45,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree holder in Hotel and Management or any related field.
✨ At least 1-2 years experience in events planning or similar.
✨ With experience working in Hotel industry in advantage
✨ Willing to work onsite
✨ Amenable to attend face to face interview

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Assist in the development and execution of event plans and timelines
✨ Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials
✨ Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
✨ Assist in addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during events
✨ Ensure proper filling and storage of contact, permits, and other legal documents
