Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
2. Identify target markets and segments, and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
3. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
4. Manage and enhance the hotel's brand image and reputation.
5. Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing channels and communications.
6. Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
7. Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
8. Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
9. Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels such as print, online, and outdoor.
10. Coordinate promotional events and special offers to drive bookings and revenue.
11. Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
12. Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives.
13. Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing with leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
6. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
