Production Planning & Inventory Control Specialist

The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Specialist plans production of volume requirements based on the SBU Stock Transfer Order (STO), assists in the execution of performance objectives in ensuring supply availability, and meets the objectives of inventory management.

- Evaluates the production, sales, and inventory conditions
- Processes and analyzes data about the plan and realization of production, sales, and inventory data.
- Actively communicates with all parties concerned so as to obtain accurate and up-to-date data.
- Attains inventory turnover rate or days coverage targets.
- Supports and aligns with the plans and activities of the new products work group relative to inventory forecast, replenishment, and execution of new products and tactical promotions.
- Determines, reviews, recommends, and revises safety/target quantity levels for each stock item in each warehouse location based on forecast.
- Monitors all inventory for the production process to ensure the smooth and balanced implementation of the market entry process


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- A graduate of Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course, preferably in Industrial Engineering
- With at least two (2) years of work experience in inventory, capacity, and production planning in a manufacturing or food manufacturing plant.
- Must have good communication and analytical skills
- Proficient in advanced Excel/ERP/MRP-MPS/Oracle/WMS/ ASCP and other Microsoft applications.
- Must be keen on details, have strong leadership qualities, and be a team player.
- Must be willing to work in Marilao, Bulacan.
