Job Description
The RDU Supervisor is responsible for managing the receipt of incoming goods, as well as the dispatching of outgoing shipments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
*Ensures 100% compliance to: Receiving, Dispatching, Premiums Management
*Ensure proper handling through thorough checking of quality, quantity, grammage, expiry dates and maintaining cold chain for fresh products
*Ensures compliance and validity of the following transactions: Return to Vendor (RTV) releases, Bad Order disposal, stock transfers, transfer requests, Cartons etc.
*Implement access and control to authorized trucking and crew; Ensures housekeeping standards of the docking area
*Ensure 100% inventory accuracy
*Monitors the unloading of all products into the cage area for counting
*Ensures receiving reports such as request for Masterfile update (RMU), delivery discrepancies are accurately reported
*Timely submission of invoices
*Monitors the document flow for timely data entry
*Scrap and carton management
*Willing to be assigned in Waltermart Altaraza, San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan branch

Qualifications and Experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Administration / Computer application.
*With at least 1 year work experience in related to warehouse and receiving operations
