Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain operations, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

-Coordinate outbound logistics operations and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods
-Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure proper picking, packing, and loading of outbound shipments
-Liaise with transportation providers to schedule deliveries and track shipments
-Monitor and analyze transportation costs to identify cost-saving opportunities
-Resolve any issues or delays in delivery, and communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns
-Oversee the documentation and paperwork associated with outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stock outs
