Job Description
2. With Professional License in driving
3. At least 3 years proven experience in facilities maintenance management.
4. Managerial Experience in Building Maintenance and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization) with unquestionable integrity
5. Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. With good interpersonal skills.
8. Computer literate
