Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Diagnosing and solving hardware and software faults
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Provide support or assistance in current and incoming projects of IT, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Providing technical support across the company or the client.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4-year Information Technology or any related courses
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft products including Operating Systems and Application Tools
-Willing to travel to other sites for field support
- Can start as soon as possible
- Amenable to work in Makati or BGC area
