Job Description

Primary Technical abilities:

● Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field.

●Has an experience atleast 3 years for the technical Support

Secondary Technical abilities:

● A technical, logical thought process

● Problem-solving skills

● An ability to stick to strict deadlines

● An ability to prioritise and delegate

● A keen eye for detail

BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:

1. Self motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession.

2. A Team player, must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.

3. Customer service oriented.

4. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. English speaking is mandatory.

5. Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Install software, maintain, and introduce training as needed

● Maintain and update documentation of procedures and configurations

● Maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software

● Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructures

● Responsible for investigating and analyzing the application issues, gathering IT usage cases,

advising recommendations for refining the organizational IT systems and carrying out daily

configuration and installation of IT solutions and services

● Manage and train the new Local IT Support team

● Manage the Local IT Support Metrics and KPI's

● Analyze and resolve the escalated issues

● Gather the details and information for the Monthly report. Present the monthly update to IT Director and the Local IT

Administrators

● Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies

● Develop and maintain vendor relations
