Job Description

-In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure components, including LAN (Local Area Network), WAN (Wide Area Network), and wireless technologies
-Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
-Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, mac OS), networking, and hardware components
-Experience with common software applications and tools, including remote support software and help desk systems
-A proactive approach to network maintenance and issue resolution
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Willingness to collaborate and work as part of a team
-Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Flexibility to adapt to changing network requirements
-Self-motivated and responsible
-A passion for Service Improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:
-A graduate of 4-year computer related field such as BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent courses.
-Preferably with 3-5 years related work experience
-Preferably with relevant IT industry certifications, and at least 56 hours of technical training/certification.
