Job Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks 

Assist the Legal and Compliance Manager in drafting of legal documents, preparation, review and execution of agreements, contracts and legal memoranda necessary to the organization from time to time.
Prepares all the necessary documentary requirements needed by the Sales team (Trading) to complete their bidding process (RFQs and ITBs) such as OSS, Secretary Certificate, bid documents. 
Performs legal research including all mandated compliances requirements specific to government procurement law.
Monitors and handles all the permits, licenses and other pertinent certifications needed by ETMC to operate its business.
Monitors and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of all department to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities.
Build and maintain databases and files of all legal request 
Undertakes related and other tasks as may be assigned from time to time Key Performance Standards
