Job Description

URGENT HIRING!!!! Php 80k-120k

We are in need for SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR RESIDENTIAL ENTERTAINMENT!!
Willing to start ASAP!

WORKING LOCATION: Onsite, Head Office Gilmore Quezon City
WORKING TIME SCHEDULE: 9AM-6PM (Monday - Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential Entertainment market segment, with a focus on high-end properties and luxury clientele.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and other industry stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
 Lead sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
 Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate new business leads.
 Stay informed about advancements in audio-visual technology and industry best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Management, Marketing or related field.
 Solid Background in developing B2C markets and/or B2B businesses.
 Proven record of accomplishment of success in business development, sales, Marketing or account management.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
 With understanding of audio-visual technologies and/or smart home integration is preferred by not required.
