Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify and analyze potential markets and client segments to expand business opportunities.
Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
