Conveyancing Paralegal (Hybrid)

- Renumeration: Php 40,000 - Php 50,000
- Work Schedule: 7AM to 4PM PHST
- Freelance/Independent Contractor Set UP
- Hybrid Arrangement: Makati or Ortigas Area

Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive legal support to Solicitors.
- Review, amend, and prepare legal documents required for the business or transaction.
- Conduct back-end conveyancing work and provide support.
- Liaise with third parties, including real estate agents, mortgage brokers, clients, and other stakeholders of the business.
- Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy in client billing and invoices.
- Assist in general administration duties such as documentation, proofreading correspondences, and research.
- Ensure accuracy of data entered in the CRM System provided.
- Respond to inquiries, calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal
- Ideally, some experience working for an Australian law firm, preferably in Property or Estate Planning.
- Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (2x WFH and 3x onsite)
- Experience with Actionstep and PEXA is preferred.
- Experience in an office environment.
- Typing speed of a minimum of 60wpm with accuracy.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Drive.
- Advanced organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
