Company Description:: The Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) was created through Executive Order No. 272 (E.O.272), which directs the transfer of the Community Mortgage Program (CMP), Abot Kaya Pabahay Fund (AKPF) Program, and other social housing powers and functions of the National Home Mortgage Finance Corporation to the SHFC. Under E.O. 272, the SHFC shall be the lead government agency to undertake social housing programs that will cater to the formal and informal sectors in the low-income bracket and shall take charge of developing and administering social housing program schemes, particularly the CMP and the AKPF Program (amortization support program and development financing program).

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of related work experience

Duties and Responsibilities / Scope of Work

1. Establishes a systematic and efficient flow of activities and documents within the office

2. Reviews all the documents and other communications requiring the action of the Vice President

3. Attends meetings as directed by the Supervisors; provides technical support during meetings; prepares reports, reviews the resolution/s and other forms of documentation resulting from the meetings.

4. Monitors compliances/submission from various units related to instructions given by the Supervisors and sees to it that they are submitted on time and in proper form and content

5. Ensures that the Office complies to the Quality Management System of the Corporation

6. Drafts official letters, memoranda, technical reports, and other business correspondences;

7. Reports directly to the OIC- Senior Vice President
