Sales Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1.· Coordinate with the Sales Specialist for the Purchase Order.
2. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
3. Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
4. Produce accurate and timely reports to include the reporting of sales activities and updates, appointments, calls made, and business leads.
5. Visit assigned stores as scheduled.
6. Perform store inventory of stocks.
7. Identifies the slow and fast moving items.
8. Recommend sales strategy with the team.
9. Other task that may be assigned by the General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledgeable in preparing, analyzing, and presenting sales reports.
2. At least 2 years of work-related experience as sales coordinator/administrative support
3. Able to communicate clearly with confidence with high-level position in the company and clients.
4. Can speak and understand English.
5. At least Bachelor's degree or College Level in any business or related course.
6. Proactive and Aggressive in terms of Sales.
7. Motivated and Dedicated in Sales Platform.
8. Can Start ASAP.
